Permitted use

Only people a church has given access may use the platform, and only for that church’s work. The church may change or remove your access at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in to yourself and don’t share your access.
• Enter accurate information and use the approval and review steps as intended.
• Treat the church’s financial and personal information as confidential.

Connected services

The platform reads a church’s QuickBooks Online and other connected services with that church’s permission. QuickBooks remains the church’s official accounting record; reports here are prepared from it and should be reviewed before they’re relied on.

No warranty

The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows its makers aren’t liable for losses from its use.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Using the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
